Note for editor:
Lahore Qalandars player development program is not limited to men’s cricket only. A talent hunt program is being extended for women cricketers to allow women to showcase their talent and have an equal opportunity to come shoulder to shoulder in playing the beautiful game of cricket.
Qalandar’s player development program has produced some of Pakistan’s most notable players who became superstars. English county Yorkshire has also signed a partnership with the Qalandars to take a leaf out of their system, aiming to create a similar all-inclusive program and reduce barriers to entry to cricket for young people across Yorkshire as the county was rocked by the biggest racism scandal.
