Lahore Qalandars and Muslim Hands Pakistan have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote youth development and community empowerment through sports, marking another significant step in expanding opportunities for aspiring cricketers across Pakistan.

Under the partnership, both organisations will jointly operate the Muslim Hands Qalandars High Performance Centre in Wazirabad, a dedicated facility aimed at nurturing emerging cricket talent through structured training, mentorship, and professional development. The collaboration combines Lahore Qalandars’ expertise in talent identification and player development with Muslim Hands Pakistan’s commitment to community welfare and youth empowerment.

As part of the initiative, Lahore Qalandars will conduct transparent trials under its renowned Player Development Program (PDP), providing talented young cricketers with access to professional coaching, high-performance training, and mentorship. The academy reflects Lahore Qalandars’ continued commitment to grassroots cricket development and creating pathways for talented youngsters to progress in the sport.

The partnership also reinforces a shared vision of supporting underprivileged children by providing opportunities, guidance, and a platform to pursue their dreams. The facility, inaugurated by Lahore Qalandars CEO and Owner Atif Rana in Wazirabad on January 23, 2026, has been designated as the Lahore Qalandars High Performance Centre, further strengthening efforts to develop future cricketing talent from the grassroots level.
