The five teams who will be competing in the 2024 Global Super League (GSL) have been
confirmed for the inaugural event that will take place from 26 November to 7 December in
Guyana. There will be representatives from Australia, Bangladesh, England, Pakistan and
West Indies competing for the US$1million prize fund.


The competing teams are as follows:
Hampshire Hawks – England
Guyana Amazon Warriors – West Indies
Lahore Qalandars – Pakistan
Rangpur Riders – Bangladesh
Victoria – Australia


Sir Clive Lloyd, Global Super League Chairman, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming
the teams to our beautiful country where we are sure the action on the field will be fantastic.
These are five well known cricketing entities and we know that their fans from around the
world will be tuning in to see them compete for the inaugural GSL title.”
Sameen Rana, Team Owner Lahore Qalandars, said: “We are thrilled to announce Lahore
Qalandars participation in the Global Super League in Guyana. The GSL represents a new
frontier in cricket, bringing together the best teams from around the world to compete at the
highest level. We at Lahore Qalandars are extremely excited to be a part of this inaugural
edition, as it not only provides a fantastic platform for our exciting talent from the Player
Development Program to test their skills against top international players but also allows us
to showcase our talent on a global stage. Our young team is eager to rise to the occasion and
deliver performances that reflect the Qalandars’ spirit. We look forward to representing
Pakistan with pride and passion. The Qalandars are ready to take flight and we can’t wait to
make our fans proud in this prestigious league.”

All the matches will be played at the Guyana National Stadium in Providence with the fixtures
as follows:

The Global Super League is an annual T20 tournament that takes place in Guyana featuring
T20 teams from around the world. The inaugural event will take place at the Guyana National
Stadium, Providence. Five teams will compete for a US$1million prize fund across 11 matches
that take place from 26 November to 7 December 2024.
